Update End Customer Account Status

Updates the lifecycle status of an end-customer account under the specified omnibus account. Allowed values are active, inactive, and closing_only. In a paired Korean USD/KRW setup, this changes only the account under the submitted omnibus; call the endpoint separately for the paired omnibus when both account statuses must change.
