End Customer Position Transfer

Transfers a long or short position between two end-customer accounts under the same omnibus account and records corresponding end-customer transactions. For a Korean equity submitted through a USD account, the position belongs to the paired KRW settlement account; use the KRW omnibus account for the transfer.
