End Customer Balance Transfer

Transfers cash between two end-customer accounts under the same omnibus account and records corresponding end-customer transactions. For a paired Korean setup, submit against the omnibus account holding the currency to transfer. This endpoint moves cash within one currency account and does not perform USD/KRW conversion.
